Delivery & Returns

Our regular delivery time is 7 to 20 business days depending on your location. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. You can reach out to us contact@exclusia.com for any inquiry or assistance required. 

Exchanges And Returns

  • Items once purchased cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality.
  • For return requests due to quality issues, Exclusia will issue a full refund in the form of store credit after the returned product has been verified. The store credit can be used for any future online orders. The returned item(s) must be in its original packaging with the invoice included.

  • For orders within Canada, if an item has been incorrectly delivered (in terms of size, color, or style), the customer has the right to request an exchange. A return shipping label will be provided in this case.

  • Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if any sale items are found to be defective, a store credit refund will be processed.

  • Exchange requests should be for the same product. If the product is unavailable, other options will be considered.

  • All returns and exchanges for orders within Canada must be sent back to the address provided by Exclusia at the customer’s expense.

  • If your product is defective, please contact us at contact@exclusia.com with pictures and a description. After verification, we will issue a free return shipping label.

  • Exclusia bears no responsibility for any other seller claiming to represent us while selling our products outside of our website or social media platforms.


Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order any time before the order has been shipped.

  • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information.

  • Exclusia reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including the stock unavailability, pricing imprecisions, or the declined payment by your authorized financial institution.

  • If an online payment was made, the customer will either be issued store credit or a refund.

  • A refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase and the amount may appear in your monthly credit card statement in 3-10 days.
